Many hard working families in Dallas can realize the dream of owning their own home. Enterprise, a national community development nonprofit, works with partners to rebuild communities by providing low-income people with affordable housing and other life opportunities.

In Dallas, Enterprise is partnering with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to make the dream of homeownership attainable.  EHOP-Dallas, Inc. was created by Enterprise to serve low and moderate income families by helping them achieve long-term homeownership.

The Mission of EHOP-Dallas, Inc.

To provide affordable homeownership opportunities to families and individuals with low and moderate-incomes in safe and decent neighborhoods through affordable financing and homebuyer counseling.

What We Do

EHOP-Dallas purchases properties in bulk from HUD in specific census tract blocks within the city. These homes are purchased at a discounted price, rehabilitated to reduce the risk of expensive home repairs for potential homeowners and sold to homebuyers meeting the program guidelines.

All properties will meet minimum property standards as defined by the program and have a one (1) year home warranty.
