EHOP-Dallas is approved by HUD to use Bond Programs for down payment and closing costs that have been approved by FHA. 

EHOP-Dallas will accept down payment and closing costs assistance programs available through:

§         FEDERAL AGENCIES

§         STATE AGENCIES

§         LOCAL GOVERNMENT AGENCIES

§         CITY OF DALLAS

The homebuyer’s lender must apply directly to each down payment and closing costs assistance program and meet all program guidelines to qualify for assistance. 

All other sources of down payment and closing cost assistance must be approved by EHOP-Dallas before use with the ACA Program.
